When to Replace

• brushroll wobble or lateral play

• Loud bearing noise from left end of brushroll

• Friction burn or melted plastic near end-cap area

• Seized bearing causing intermittent brush movement

• Post-impact damage from obstructions or jammed fibers

Service Notes

• Replacement requires opening the power head and removing brushroll

• endplay and ensure proper tension

• Replace belt (#5110ER) and clean debris from bearing seats during service

• Inspect RH bearing block (#5767HG) if wear is present on one side
