Cutter with two size attachments for use in slashing fabric to make chenille projects. No cutting mat required comes with 2 interchangeable plastic guides for narrow or wide channels. Guides are 3in long 1/8in and 1/4in widths. (Can use Item #CL7514 for replacement blades).
