Return Policy

Please read carefully: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with original receipt unless otherwise noted below. Some items, parts, and service-related charges may be non-returnable.

At Nashua Sew And Vac, we take pride in offering dependable products, expert repairs, and personal customer service. Because our business includes equipment, parts, and service work, our return policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.

Items Eligible for Return

  • New merchandise returned within the approved return period
  • Items in original, unused, and resalable condition
  • Products returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase
  • Defective merchandise approved after inspection by our staff

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Special orders or custom orders
  • Electrical parts, belts, attachments, filters, bags, and other consumable parts once opened or installed
  • Used machines, used vacuums, or used equipment sold as-is
  • Clearance, closeout, or final sale merchandise
  • Gift cards or store credits already issued
  • Labor, repair charges, diagnostic fees, cleaning charges, and service work already performed

Machine & Equipment Returns

Sewing machines, vacuum cleaners, and major equipment must be returned in clean, like-new condition with all included accessories, packaging, cords, feet, attachments, and manuals.

Any missing items, signs of use, damage, or abuse may reduce or void the refund amount.

Parts & Accessories

To avoid compatibility issues, please confirm fitment before purchase. Installed, used, or opened parts and accessories may not be returnable.

This includes many service parts and special-order components.

Service & Repair Work

Service, repair, maintenance, and diagnostic charges are generally non-refundable once work has been performed. If you have a concern about completed service, contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment whenever possible. Cash refunds may be limited according to store policy. In some cases, store credit may be issued instead of a refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for defective merchandise or unopened products, depending on availability. Our team may inspect returned merchandise before approving an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts at the time of purchase, notify us as soon as possible. We will inspect the item and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, exchange, replacement, or refund.
