What’s Next - Westerly Ruler Work with Adele Scott

Adele Scott's Westerly Ruler class using the Sampler set was a hit.  This next class is for the next level and since everyone has different likes and experience this class is designed for you.

Option 1 – The Feathered Leaf Reverse Applique Project – using the Feathered Leaf and Feathered Leaf Wreath sets you’ll learn about this striking method to do applique and quilting at the same time. This also has the sash-lee joining method.

Option 2 – The Sampler Set Topper project – many saw this project at previous classes. It can be square or rectangular; you choose the number of 12” blocks and all of them are joined with the SashLee flat joining method. This takes our smaller designs and makes them fill a larger space with outlining, filling corners and using the rulers in different ways.

Option 3 – A project of your choice which we will decide together. This could be a quilt in mid-construction to learn better handling methods or a smaller completed older quilt that needs more quilting. Send me pictures. Applying what you’ve learned so far plus adding new rulers, designs and construction methods will get you to the next level.
