Dresden Plate Quilting Day Retreat

Sewists may cut and piece together a Dresden Plate Table runner using the Accuquilt Go! Cutting system with a gorgeous Riley Blake fabric kit. The table runner finishes at 24" x 72."  The pattern was originally created by Nancy Zieman. We will adapt the pattern for use with the Accuquilt cutting system. You may use the store's Accuquilt cutting system and die to make cutting fast and accurate, or choose to bring your own die and cutter.  A Riley Blake fabric kit will be provided as part of the class fee.

Bring a bag lunch, your sewing machine in good working order, a 1/4" quilting foot for your machine, and sewing notions.  We will cut the fabric during the class (please do not cut ahead of class).  We will also piece together the top for a table runner.  If you prefer to pre-wash your fabrics before sewing, you may register for the class and pick-up the kit prior to class.  You will also need to starch the back of the fabric and have it dry before class. We will cut out the pieces, and sew them together during class.
