Prairie Points Block
Use a wave stitch to create fantastic prairie points. Prairie points are so easy to make and can be used as an embellishment in clothing, crafts and quilts.
Ribbon and Lace Block
Learn how to add insertion lace and bridging by serger. The technique is easy but the results are stunning. This technique is the basis of heirloom
The class will be recorded live. A link will be sent to all students within 24 hours of the class. Even if you cannot attend, if you sign up for the class, you will receive the link to the recording. Then you can take the class at your leisure.
As this is a Zoom class, cut off for sign up is 6 PM the evening before class. Links to the class will be sent out later that evening.
Please have the fabric cut out for the squares before class.

Serger with coverhem capability (There are some options for 4 thread sergers)
All accessories that came with your serger
Foot pedal and power cord
Ruler
Marking pen/pencil
Basic sewing supplies

Terial Magic – I used this on most of my fabric before cutting

Large double eyed needle

One cone serger thread for the needle
2 spools of a decorative thread- different colors
3” x 18” strip of fabric for prairie points- Stiffen with Terial Magic
9” x 8” fabric for the block: Stiffen with Terial Magic
Ribbon and Lace
7 ½” square fabric – Stiffen a bit with Best Press, not Terial Magic
½ yd insertion lace
¼ yd bridging
¼ yd 1/8” ribbon
3 spools of white serger thread
