Quick Intro 2 to Free-Motion Mastery in a Month: Teardrops, S-Curves, Spirals & Feathers

Continue your fast-track introduction to free motion quilting with this 3-hour exploration of the Free-Motion Mastery in a Month process. Set up your sewing machine and find your perfect quilting speed. Use the Free-Motion Mastery in a Month step-by-step exercises to get comfortable quilting three basic shapes -- Teardrops, S-Curves and Spirals. Then, use these basic shapes to quilt Feathers! You'll go home with a practice plan to continue building your skills and best of all, you'll leave class saying "I can DO this!"

(Take Quick Intro 1 before this class to get the basics down first.)

In this class you will learn how to:
- Quilt Teardrops, S-curves and Spirals
- Use these 3 simple shapes to quilt any feather
- Break down any complex design into its simplest shapes
- Pre-learn any pattern anytime, anywhere, before you sit down at the sewing machine.
- Join pre-quilted blocks to make a quilt of any size

The class is taught on domestic sewing machines, but the principles and exercises work equally well on a sit down or frame-mounted long-arm. The book includes instructions for domestic machines, as well as both sit-down and frame-mounted long-arm machines.
This intro class is essentially the second half of the one-day class, but with more depth on feathers. It is good for people who have taken a previous FMM30 class, or those who have a bit of experience already doing FMQ.  Class materials are a 3-page printout.
They are able to purchase FMM30 book and tool kit after the workshop if they are interested.
This also includes lunch and 1 hour "Quilt-as-you-Go" Demo
